DMCA & Copyright Policy

Fire Store TV is operated by Firestore LLC. Last updated September 26, 2026.

1. Copyright compliance

Fire Store TV respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, creators, studios, broadcasters and content distributors, and expects everyone who uses our platform to do the same.

This policy explains how a copyright owner can report alleged infringement on or through our website, applications, streaming service, user accounts, playlists, listings or links. We do not knowingly authorize the upload, display, distribution, transmission or promotion of content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Fire Store TV does not host or store media files on its own servers. If you believe something reachable through our service infringes your rights, this is the fastest way to tell us.

2. Designated copyright agent

Send every DMCA notification to our designated agent:

Designated Copyright Agent
Firestore LLC Legal Department
Email: contact@firestore.tv

This address is only for copyright notices and counter-notifications. For anything else, including questions about your subscription, write to contact@firestore.tv instead.

3. How to submit a takedown notice

A valid notice must be in writing and include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed. If several works are involved, a representative list is fine.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to find it, such as: a URL or page link, a stream, channel or playlist name, a user account, a screenshot, a file name, or the date and time you saw it.
  4. Your contact details: full legal name, company (if any), mailing address, email address and phone number.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Send the notice to contact@firestore.tv, marked for the Designated Copyright Agent.

4. What we do with a valid notice

When we receive a valid notice we may:

  • remove or disable access to the material;
  • disable a stream, channel, playlist, listing or account;
  • tell the user or provider responsible;
  • ask you for more information;
  • terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate; and
  • keep records of the claim where the law requires it or it is operationally necessary.

We may reject notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent or legally insufficient.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we can be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

Send it to contact@firestore.tv. We may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have started legal action, we may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving your counter-notification, as the DMCA allows.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate users, accounts, resellers, content providers or partners who repeatedly infringe copyright. Factors we may weigh include:

  • the number of valid copyright complaints;
  • how serious the alleged infringement is;
  • whether they knowingly uploaded, linked, sold, distributed or promoted the infringing content;
  • whether they tried to evade enforcement; and
  • whether they have a history of similar violations.

In serious cases we may end access immediately.

7. False or misleading claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can lead to legal liability, including damages and legal costs. Only send a notice or counter-notification if you are the rights holder or are legally authorized to act for them.

8. No legal advice

This policy is for information and to explain how we handle reports. It is not legal advice. Copyright owners, users and content providers should speak to a qualified lawyer about their own rights and obligations.

9. Contact
