How many screens can I use with Fire Store TV?
Every Fire Store TV plan is sold by screen count, from 1 to 5 screens. The number on your plan is how many devices can watch at the same time. You choose the screen count first, then a plan length of 1, 6 or 12 months, and pay once with no auto-renewal.

What does a "screen" mean on a Fire Store TV plan?
A screen is one device watching at one time. A 3-screen plan lets three devices stream at the same moment, for example the living-room TV, a bedroom TV and a phone.
How do I pick the right number of screens?
- Count the devices that might be on at the same time in the evening, not the total number of devices you own.
- Choose that number of screens on the pricing section of the home page.
- Choose a plan length of 1, 6 or 12 months.
- Check out. Our team activates your line and emails you the details you need to sign in.
Which devices work?
See which devices work for the full list, and the plans page for current prices per screen count.
What if I choose too few screens?
Plans are a single payment for a fixed period, so choose the count you need up front. If the service is not right for you, our refund policy covers a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
| Screens | Good for |
|---|---|
| 1 | One person, one TV |
| 2 | A couple, or a TV plus a phone |
| 3 to 5 | A household with several TVs in use at once |
Frequently asked questions
