How to set up Fire Store TV on a Firestick or Fire TV

Install the TiviMate player app on your Fire TV or Firestick, then add a playlist using the username and password from your activation email. Choose the sign-in with username and password option, or paste the playlist link if your email includes one. You need an active plan and your activation email first.

What do I need?

  • An active plan. See how activation works.
  • Your activation email with your username, password and, if your plan has them, a portal URL or playlist link. See what is in the email.
  • A Fire TV or Firestick connected to the internet.

How do I install the player app?

  1. On the Fire TV home screen, open the app store and search for TiviMate.
  2. Select TiviMate and choose to download or install it.
  3. Open TiviMate once it has installed.

How do I add my Fire Store TV details?

  1. In TiviMate, choose Add playlist.
  2. Choose how to add it: sign in with your username and password, or add the playlist link if your email includes one.
  3. Enter the details exactly as they appear in your activation email, including the portal URL if you were sent one.
  4. Confirm and wait for your channels to load.

What if it does not load?
